摘要
采用针刺、红外线、TDP对 3 85例软组织损伤患者进行了分组治疗 ,结果表明 :①综合组(针刺加TDP和针刺加红外线 )疗效最好 ,疗程最短 ,针刺组疗效较好P <0 0 1 ;②急性软组织损伤疗效优于慢性 ,P <0 0 1。针刺配合红外线或TDP治愈率均达 80 %以上。
cases of soft tissue injury were treated by acupuncture,infrared therapy and TDP.Results indicated that combination of acupuncture with TDP or with infrared therapy had the best therapeutic effect( P <0 01),cured rate being over 80%,with a short therapeutic course,and acupuncture had a better therapeutic effect as compared with simple TDP or infrared therapy,the therapeutic effect on acute soft tissue injury was better than that of chronic one.
