摘要
目的:观察艾迪注射液对晚期恶性肿瘤患者生活质量的影响和近期疗效。方法:将71例晚期恶性肿瘤患者随机分为两组,对照组35例采用常规化疗,治疗组36例在常规化疗的基础上联用艾迪注射液40-80 mL/d;20 d为1个疗程,对完成两个以上疗程的患者进行生活质量状况、近期疗效、毒副反应的评价和比较。结果:治疗组患者生活质量有明显的提高,其KPS评分与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组的有效率高于对照组,但无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗组的胃肠反应、白细胞及血小板下降的发生率均低于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:艾迪注射液联合化疗治疗晚期恶性肿瘤可减轻化疗药物的毒性,改善患者的生活质量并提高近期疗效。
Objective：To observe the quality of life of the patients and recent curative effect of eddy injection in treating late malignant tumor. Methods：71 cases of late malignant tumor were randomly divided into two groups, the conventional chemotherapy was used in the control group 35 examples,the treatment group in 36 cases of conventional chemotherapy with Eddie injection based part 40-80 mL/d; 20 d for a treatment course to complete two above treatment, doing the evaluation and comparison of life quality situation and recent cur- ative effect, the reaction and toxicity. Results ： Life quality of the patients in treatment group significantly raise, its KPS ratings compared with controls have significant difference（P 〈0.05 ）. The total effective rate in treatment group than in control group,but no significant difference（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Eddy injection combined with chemotherapy in treating late malignant tumor can reduce the toxicity of chemotherapy improve the quality of life and recent curative effect.
