摘要
目的：分析护理组长在护理层级管理中的作用。方法：对照组实施护士长－责任护士－助理护士的护理层级管理模式。观察组实施护士长－护理组长－责任护士－助理护士的护理层级管理模式，观察组内任命一名学历较高、理论精通、业务能力强的护士作为护理组长。对比两组护理人员的各项指标情况。结果：观察组专业技术操作得分、专业理论知识得分、病区护理质量得分、患者健康教育覆盖率均显著高于对照组，而不良事件发生率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；且观察组医生认同度得分、患者满意程度得分均显著高于时照组（P〈0．05）。结论：护理分层级管理中设立护理组长岗位，可显著提高护理质量，标志着护理管理理念进步。
Objective：To analyze the role of nursing leader in nursing level management. Methods： Control group implement the matron responsibility--the nursing assistant nurse--nurse hierarchy management mode. The observation group implements the matron-nursing leader-- responsible nurses-- assistant nurses-- nursing level management pattern. Within the observation group, we appoint a nurse with higher degree,theoretical proficient and strong business capability as nursing leader. Comparing the two groups each index of nursing staff. Results：The observation group has a high score ward in professional technical operation points, professional theory knowledge score, nursing quality, and the patient health education coverage were significantly higher than control group （P 〈 0.05）. Identities scoring, patient satisfaction scores were significantly higher than those in control group for observation group doctors （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Nursing stratification level management in nursing leader position established,can significantly improve the ouality of nursing,marked the nursing management concept progress.
