摘要
依据机械合金化引起固态反应非晶化(SSAR)机制,选择等原子成分合金的形成△Hf和自扩散激活能差△Hs为参数坐标构成的坐标系,揭示了机械合金化引起二元过渡族金属合金非晶化的规律,基于已有的实验事实,确定二元过渡族金属合金在机械合会化时形成非晶的条件为△Hf<-0.005750(△Hs)2+1.345636(△Hs)-58.744095.用核判据对已有实验结果的58个过渡族全属二元合金系统的研究表明,对其能否形成非晶的区分准确率高达96%.
The two parameters, namely enthalpy of formation 0f alloy A50B50 and the differenceof self-diffusion activation energy of constituent of alloy, are used to study the regularity of amorphousformation for binary transition metal alloys, according to the SSAR mechanism of amorphization by me-chanical alloying- After analyzing numbers of experiments a criterion of amorphization of binary transitionmetal alloy,△Hf < -0.005750(△H8)2+ 1.345636(△Hs) - 58.744095, was obtained and used to analyzethe 58 alloy systems with available experimental results. The total degrees of accuracy for separating theamorphous alloys formed or not by mechanical alloying are 97% and 94%, respectively.
