摘要
从我国城市用地结构现状着手，分析研究了存在的问题，探讨了城市用地结构与城市功能的关系，为达到发挥城市综合功能和提高城市用地综合效益的目的，提出了合理调整我国城市用地结构的主要措施和手段．
This paper, in terms of existing structure of land use in Chinese city, studies the existing problems, discusses the relation between the structures of land use and the functions of city. To get the target of exerting general functions of a city and to increase general benefit in land use of a city, this paper proposes some suggestions of reasonably adjusting structures of land use in Chinese cities.
