血管紧张素Ⅱ、内皮素1及缺氧诱导因子1α在糖尿病肾病肾组织的表达及意义 被引量：5

摘要 血管紧张素（Ang）Ⅱ和内皮素1（ET一1）是重要的致炎及纤维化因子，且2者间存在交互作用[1]，共同参与糖尿病肾病（DN）肾问质纤维化（RIF）的进程。缺氧诱导因子ld（HIF—lα）是组织缺氧时表达增多的产物。
