内皮祖细胞与新生血管性眼病的关系 被引量:1

摘要 内皮祖细胞(EPC)是一种成年个体骨髓中的前体细胞,它具有良好的增生潜能。EPC不仅参与受损血管内皮修复,而且参与病理性新生血管形成。新生血管性眼病是因局部缺血、缺氧导致的眼部新生血管形成为主要病理改变的一类疾病,包括糖尿病视网膜病变、老年性黄斑变性、早产儿视网膜病变及角膜新生血管等。通过研究EPC与常见新生血管性眼病的关系对于深入了解眼部新生血管的发病机制及治疗具有重要的意义。
