摘要
"双师型"教师是高职教育专业教学团队建设的特色和重点,通过剖析"双师型"教学团队教师队伍的现状及存在问题,本文从健全教学团队发展的政策与措施、?强化校企合作、锤炼双师型骨干教师队伍、完善"双师型"教学团队的目标考核机制等方面进行了研究与探索。
＇Double Teacher Type＇ in higher vocational education teaching team construction is the characteristic and focus,through analyzing the ＇Double Teacher Type＇ teaching team teachers in the status quo and existing problems,this article from the perfect teaching team development policies and measures,strengthening the school-enterprise cooperation,temper double-quality backbone teachers,perfect ＇Double Teacher Type＇ teaching team goal evaluation mechanism and other aspects of the research and exploration.
