摘要
生产要素流动是中国城市群空间特征形成的基本力量,以生产要素的空间转移收益和空间转移成本为基础,从市场驱动和政府干预两个角度分析了城市群空间特征变迁的动力。在区域经济发展中,政府应当充分注意到生产要素流动条件是形成特定的产业结构的必要条件。
In this paper,we conclude that the flow of production factors is the basic force of the formation of space characteristics of city clusters,basing on the description and analysis of the urban expansion and regional convergence within the ten city clusters.And then on the basis of the income and cost of space transferring of factors of production,this paper analyzes the dynamics of changes of city clusters＇ spatial characteristics,from the standpoints of the market driving and the government intervention respectively.During the regional economic development,the Government should be fully aware that mobile factors of production are the necessary elements of the specific formation of the industrial structure.
