摘要
企业安全文化直接影响着企业价值观及员工的安全行为,以企业安全文化为核心内容构建事故预防模式有利于促进企业的安全生产。介绍了基于组织安全文化的事故预防模式,分析了我国煤矿事故的现状及原因,提出了基于组织安全文化的预防煤矿事故的对策。
Enterprise safety culture has directly affected enterprise values and staff safety behavior.The establishment of accident prevention pattern with enterprise safety culture as a core content is beneficial to promote safety work of enterprise.This paper introduces an accident prevention pattern based on organization safety culture,analyzes the present situation causes of colliery accidents in China,and puts forward some countermeasures for preventing colliery accidents based on organization safety culture.
