围术期低体温及其最新研究进展 被引量:46

摘要 正常核心温度(机体核心部分的平均温度)为36.5~37.5℃,临床上常将核心温度为34~36℃定义为轻度低体温。在微创外科手术中,由于大量低于体温的CO2气体注入体腔,或大量冲洗液的使用,可能导致热量散失,体温下降。
