摘要
目的:调查首都医科大学附属北京佑安医院门诊2007—2009年抗乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)干扰素的应用情况,分析评价其发展趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对我院门诊抗HBV干扰素的销售数量、金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)等进行统计、分析。结果:干扰素销售数量、金额、DDDs均呈现逐年增长趋势。结论:我院抗HBV干扰素应用基本合理,符合我院用药特点,但在用药时应关注不良反应的发生,使用药更加安全、有效、经济、合理。
OBJECTIVE：To investigate the utilization of anti-HBV interferon in outpatients of our hospital during 2007-2009 period and evaluate its development trend so as to provide references for clinical rational use of anti-HBV drugs.METHODS：The utilization of anti-HBV interferon in outpatients of our hospital was analyzed statistically with regard to consumption quantity,consumption sum,DDDs and DDC etc.RESULTS：The consumption quantity,consumption sum and DDDs of anti-HBV interferon showed an year-on-year increase.CONCLUSION：The utilization of anti-HBV interferon in our hospital is reasonable on the whole and in line with the drug use characteristics in our hospital,but the ADRs of anti-HBV interferon should be monitored to facilitate a safe,effective,economical and reasonable drug use.
