摘要
目的探讨组建学习型护理团队对提高优质护理执行力的效果。方法本科室于2010年6月组建学习型护理团队,并在临床工作中实施,比较实施前后6个月病区的优质护理执行力情况。结果实施学习型护理团队指导临床工作后,论文发表由实施前的3篇提高至实施后的9篇;基础护理合格率由95.5提高至99.5;健康教育达标率由82.3提高至92.5;病人满意度由90.5提高至96.5。结论在临床护理工作中实施学习型护理团队,有利于提高团队的学习能力和文化素质,从而有效提升优质护理执行力。
Objective To investigate the effect of constructing a learning nursing team on nursing implementation.Methods A learning clinical nursing team was constructed in June 2010.Nursing implementation was assessed by questionnaire after and before the measurement was employed.Results After the learning nursing team instructed the clinical work,nine papers were published,the passing rate of basic nursing improved from 95.5% to 99.5%,the qualified rate of health education improved from 82.3% to 92.5%,and patients＇ satisfaction improved from 90.5% to 96.5%.Conclusion Exerting a learning clinical nursing team can enhance the ability of learning and humanity quality and also facilitates nursing implementation.
