摘要
为探讨粘附分子CD18、CD54和血小板CD62p、CD63表达变化与急性脑梗塞(ACI)发病之间的关系,本文应用流式细胞仪(FCM)检测了52例ACI患者治疗前后CD18、CD54与CD62p、CD63两者的表达水平,并与30例正常人作对照。结果显示,脑梗塞组治疗前两者的表达水平均明显上调,与正常对照组比较均有显著差异;治疗后两者的表达同时开始降低,比较治疗前后亦有显著差异。提示CD18、CD54与CD62p、CD63表达上调是ACI的重要危险因素。两者表达变化呈正相关,互为因果,共同参与急性脑梗塞发生、发展的病理过程,可作为ACI诊断、病情观察与评估预后的一项新的辅助指标。
To investigate the relationship between Expression Significance of celt--adhesion molecules CD18 , CD54 and blood platelet CD62p ,CD63 in acute cerebral infarction (ACI) ,blood samples from 52 ACI patients before and after treatment and 30 control subjects were collected and detected by flow cytometry. The expression levels of CD18, CD54 , and CD62p, CD63 were significantly higher in the ACI patients before treatment compared with control subjects (P〈0.01, P〈0.05, P〈0. 01, P〈0. 01 ). However, the expression levels of CD18 ,CD54 ,and CD62p ,CD63 were significantly decreased (P〈0.05, P 〈0.05 ,P〈0.01 ,P〈0.01 ) in the ACI patients after 10 days treatment. In conclusion,CD18 ,CD54 ,and CD62p ,CD63 are involved in the development and progression of ACI. The high expression level of these molecules may be risk factors, and could be used as new indicators for diagnosis, prognosis and evaluation of ACI.
