摘要
目的进一步明确颈静脉球(JB)形态及其与周围结构的解剖关系,为外科手术提供解剖学资料。资料与方法回顾性三维重组110例行头部CTA检查患者横窦、乙状窦及JB影像,利用常规CTA及减影CTA结合多种图像重组方法,观察和分析JB的相关解剖学特征。结果 JB形态分为平坦型(占56.8%)、上突型(占43.2%),JB顶高于内听道下缘定义为高位JB,其出现率为10.5%,其中女性占78.3%,右侧JB到内听道的距离小于左侧,JB到内耳道的距离随着JB高度增加而减少,横窦优势引流与JB形态有关,但其与JB高度无明显相关性。结论减影CTA能对JB形态及其与周围结构关系准确评价,对该区手术治疗有重要的参考价值。
Objective To provide t imaging anatomy of the jugular bulb and related structure for surgical treatment.Materials and Methods Retrospective three-dimensional reformation of the jugular bulb and related structure was carried on 110 cases of head CTA with CT.Their spatial anatomical characters were observed and analyzed on the views of volume rendering(VR) and multiplanar reformation(MPR) by convention and subtraction CTA.Results There were two type of jugular bubl,flat(56.8%) and upward bulge(43.2%).When the jugular bubl reached or exceeded the floor of the internal auditory canal(10.5%),it was defined as a high jugular bubl,78.3% of high jugular bubl were found in female.The distance between the jugular bubl and the internal auditory canal was longer on the left side,and the distance was decrease with increasing of high of jugular bubl.The drainage forms of transverse sinus was in relation to the shape of jugular bubl,but it was irrespective of the high of the jugular bubl.Conclusion The CTA delineated the anatomic details of the jugular bubl and the relationship of jugular bubl and internal auditory canal,and provide valuable information to imaging diagnosis and surgery of this area.
