摘要
电子书标准化建设有利于扩大电子书用户市场、保护电子书的产业链、创造自主知识产权、提高生产商的竞争力。目前,国内外都在积极推动电子书的标准化工作。我国电子书的标准化建设要发挥政府的主导作用、处理好引进和自建的关系、对标准包含的知识产权要实施有效的保护、同时要走联合制定标准的发展道路。
