摘要
目的观察比较机采新鲜血小板与冰冻血小板临床输注的疗效。方法回顾性分析输注血小板患者200例,分为输注机采新鲜血小板与冰冻血小板两组。观察输注后24h的血小板数量,与输注前血小板数量进行比较分析,同时对两组出血情况是否得到改善进行对比分析。结果两组输注后血小板数量均明显上升,但机采新鲜血小板组疗效优于冰冻血小板组。结论输注机采新鲜血小板比冰冻血小板更能有效控制及预防出血,提升血小板数量,但冰冻血小板可用于紧急情况下抢救由于血小板减少导致的出血性疾病。
【Objective】Observe to compare machine to adopt fresh blood platelets and keep blood platelets in deep freeze clinical lose the curative effect for noting.【Methods】The analysis of looking back sex loses to note blood platelets sufferer＇s 200 and is divided into to lose to note machine to adopt fresh blood platelets and keeps blood platelets 2 sets in deep freeze.Observation after losing to note the blood platelets amount with 24 hs with lose before noting the amount of blood plateletses to carry on more analytical,bleed to 2 sets at the same time whether the circumstance gets an improvement to carry on contrast analysis.【Results】2 sets after losing to note the amount of blood plateletses all and obviously rises,but the machine adopts fresh blood platelets set curative effect to surpass to keep a blood platelets set in deep freeze.【Conclusion】Losing to note machine to adopt fresh blood platelets is more effective than keeping blood platelets in deep freeze more ability control and prevention bleed,promoting the amount of blood plateletses,but keeping blood platelets in deep freeze can be used for an urgent circumstance under salvage because the blood platelets decrease causes of issue of blood disease.
