摘要
基于创新价值链分析框架,运用2004—2008年省际面板数据,采用理论和实证方法,探究知识来源、知识产出与科技成果转化绩效的链式关系。结果表明:知识来源与知识产出链接紧密,而知识产出与科技成果转化的链接有待进一步加强;在影响创新价值链的主要因素中,大学、科研机构与企业的链接对知识产出和科技成果转化绩效影响均显著,然而,政府、金融机构与企业链接水平对知识产出与科技成果转化绩效均不显著;高科技产业的集聚水平对知识产出没有明显的促进作用,但对科技成果转化绩效有明显的促进效应。
Based on innovation value chain this paper applies the provincial panel data from 2004 to 2008 to empirically analyze the chain-shaped relationship among knowledge source,output and transforming performance of scientific and technological achievements.The results show that knowledge source and output are combined closely during the observation period,but the link between knowledge output and transformation of scientific and technological achievements need to be further strengthened.Referring to some factors influencing innovation value chain,the link between university,scientific institution and enterprise has obvious effects on knowledge output and transforming performance of scientific and technological achievements.However,the link between government,finical institution and enterprise has no obvious effects on them.On the other hand agglomeration level of high-tech industry can not promote knowledge output significantly,but the promoting effects on transforming performance of scientific and technological achievements are significant.
