海康灵各组分抗神经细胞损伤有效部位和有效剂量的研究 被引量:1

Determination of Active Components and Effective Dose of Haikangning against Nerve Cells Injury

摘要 目的:通过比较海康灵复方中单味药对过氧化氢(H2O2)诱导SH-SY5Y神经细胞损伤的保护作用,筛选更为理想的量效关系。方法:采用体外细胞培养的方法,复制神经母细胞瘤(SH-SY5Y)细胞H2O2损伤模型。通过MTT法测定细胞存活率,检测海康灵复方中单味药与复方对SH-SY5Y细胞损伤的保护作用。结果:根据最佳有效剂量组建的海康灵新复方(浓度为0.159g.mL-1)同单味药与原复方比较,能减轻H2O2引起的SH-SY5Y细胞的损伤,明显提高细胞的存活率。结论:海康灵新复方对H2O2诱导的SH-SY5Y细胞损伤具有明显的保护作用。 OBJECTIVE:To compare the protective effects of ingredients in the formula of Haikangling on SH-SY5Y cells injury induced by hydrogen peroxide so as to screen ideal dose-effect relationship.METHODS:SH-SY5Y cells injury induced by hydrogen peroxide was established by in vitro culture method.The protective effects of ingredients in the formula of Haikangling were observed by MTT assay.RESULTS:The new formula of Haikangling(0.159 g·mL-1) could relieve SH-SY5Y cells injury and increase the survival rate of the cells,compared with single ingredient and original formula.CONCLUSION:The new formula of Haikangling shows significant protective effect on SH-SY5Y cells injury induced by hydrogen peroxide.
