摘要
目的观察重伤后肺脏Zn含量及Cu/Zn-SOD活性与MDA含量的变化,探讨其与继发急性肺损伤的关系。方法参照ISS建立家兔重伤模型,检测伤后各组肺组织Zn水平、Cu/Zn-SOD活性、MDA含量变化,分析其与继发急性肺损伤的关系。结果重伤后,家兔出现急性肺损伤改变,以死亡组最为严重,肺Zn含量总体呈逐渐下降趋势,以伤后3、6d最低,死亡组显著降低(P<0.05);肺Cu/Zn-SOD活性在伤后1d降低,6d致低谷,并持续到第9d,死亡组显著降低(P<0.05);肺MDA在伤后3d升高,6d达高峰。死亡组MDA升高显著(P<0.05)。结论重伤可引发肺组织Zn水平及其Cu/Zn-SOD活性下降、MDA含量升高,该变化与继发急性肺损伤及死亡相关。
Objective To investigate the changes of Zn content,Cu/Zn SOD activity and MDA content in lung after severe trauma,and to analyze the relationship between the changes and secondary acute lung injury.Methods Establishing severe traumatic model according to ISS,to detect the Zn content,Cu/Zn SOD activity and MDA content in lung of various groups,and to analyze the relationship between these results with probably secondary lung injury.Results Acute lung injury occurs after severe trauma,and those in death rabbits were more severe.Zn content in lung after trauma decreased in general,and to the lowest from the 3rd to the 6th day post trauma,those in death rabbits decreased more significantly(P0.05);Cu/Zn-SOD activity in lung decreased from the 1st day and to the lowest on the 3rd day,continued to the 9th day after trauma,those in death rabbits change more significantly(P0.05).MDA content in lung increased on 3rd after trauma and reach to peak on 6th day,those in death rabbits increased more significantly(P0.05).Conclusion Severe trauma can lead to decrease of Zn level and Cu/Zn-SOD activity,and increase of MDA content in lung,which may be related to lung injury and death.
