摘要
目前126 kV高压断路器大量配用CT20系列弹簧操动机构,产品运行可靠,用户评价良好。由于弹簧操动机构具有诸多优点,252 kV及以上高压断路器也在推广使用。在推广使用过程中,弹簧操动机构能否可靠性操作,将直接关系到产品在系统中的运行安全。笔者就CT20系列弹簧操动机构进行了仔细的研究分析,并利用ADAMS机械动力学仿真分析软件进行仿真计算,从计算结果可以看出,如果需要增加CT20弹簧操动机构的操作功,并且能保证产品的可靠性,则必须对相应弹簧操动机构的结构进行合理改进。按照上述方法,对CT20弹簧操动机构操作功增加了40%左右,并且对机构的结构进行相关改进之后,通过了实物的寿命试验验证,效果良好。
CT20 spring operating mechanisms have been widely equipped to 126 kV HV circuit breakers, which run reliably and are well evaluated. Because of many exeellences, the spring operating mechanism is now applied to 252 kV or higher HV circuit breakers. The article analyses the CT20 spring operating mechanism, and adopts the mechanical dynamic simulation analysis software ADAMS to conduct the simulative calculation. The calculation results indicate that the structure of the CT20 spring operating mechanism must be improved in order to increase its operating power and the reliability. The structure of a CT20 spring operating mechanism is improved for increasing the operating power by about 40%, and the prototype behaves satisfactorily in the service-life test.
