摘要
高校图书馆是学校的文献信息中心,开发智力资源、开展学术交流是高校图书馆工作的重点内容,为教学、科研服务是高校图书馆工作的重点任务。但高校图书馆毕竟是作为一种基本的文化机构,具有广泛的社会教育职能,向社会所有成员开放,是高校图书馆追求的社会价值目标。参考文献3。
University library is the center of document information. Exploiting intellectual resources and carrying out academic communieation is the key role of the university library and the major task of its work is to serve the teaching and research of the university. However, as a kind of basic cultural institution, university library has the extensive social educational function and thus the opening to the whole society is the target that university library shows its social value. 3 rcfs.
