摘要
为了解术前教育对患者焦虑心理的影响、探讨术前病人教育的有效方法,调查了30名择期手术患者接受术前教育前后的焦虑状况。结果显示患者的焦虑状况与其年龄、性别、既往手术史等有关,有效的术前教育可减轻患者的焦虑。认为在手术之前要根据不同的焦虑状况进行有针对性的教育。
A comparitive study of anxiety level before and after preoperative teaching in 30 patients receiving scheduled operation was initiated to investigate the effects of preoperative teaching on patients' anxiety and to explore effective teaching methods. The results showed that anxiety severity was correlated with age, sex and operation history and effective preoperative teaching could relieve patients' anxiety. It is considered that preoperative teaching should be carried out individually according to patients' different anxiety level.
