摘要
实现船舶产品信息在设计生产、使用维修过程中的充分高效传递与利用是提高船舶行业整体竞争力的有效途径,网格技术的产生与发展为实现船舶生命周期信息共享提供了有力的保证。在分析了船舶生命周期各阶段涉及到的信息及其关系的基础上,分别构造了船舶生命周期各阶段的信息模型及适合网格环境下使用的XML的元数据模型,并提出了一种采用UID(Universal Identifier)来实现船舶生命周期内各模型间信息转换与映射的方法;然后,建立了网格环境下的船舶全寿命信息系统框架和具体的企业内部信息集成框架;最后,基于Vega GOS网格平台建立了一个船舶全寿命信息原型系统,开发了若干资源层和应用层的网格服务及网格客户端,实现了统一的资源访问、服务的动态发现、资源的动态获取等功能。
How to realize highly efficient transmission and application of intormation in modem snip design, DUll(l, operation and maintenance is an effective approach to enhance the whole competitive ability for shipbuilding, and the grid technology have offered the effective guarantee for the shipping life cycle sharing information. Lots of information in various phases of shipping life cycle are analyzed and correlated, then the information model for each phase of shipping life cycle is constructed. A metadata model of XML used in the grid environment is given. A method using UID (Universal Identifier) is proposed to realize information transformation and mapping between various shipping life cycle phases. Then a framework of the ship lifecycle information system based on data grid and the integration framework inside an enterprise is established. At last, a prototype system of shipping lifecycle information sharing system based on Vega GOS grid platform is established, and several grid services of resource layers and applications layer are developed, in order to realize various powerful functions, such as unified resources visit, service dynamic discovery, resources dynamic gain and so on.
