摘要
目的探讨麻醉后恢复室(PACU)医院感染管理的有效方法与策略,控制在PACU内发生的医院感染,提高医疗护理质量。方法医护人员无菌技术、定期医院感染监控、健全医院感染管理组织、学习医院感染知识等进行管理。结果加强PACU管理是提高医疗安全、防止医院感染的主要保证。结论只有提高对医院感染工作重要性的认识,才能搞好医院感染的各项工作,自觉地、主动地采取各种预防控制措施,从而提高PACU感染管理水平。
OBJECTIVE To explore the effective methods and strategy in managing the hospital infection in PACU room,to control the occurrence of the hospital infection in PACU room and enhance the quality of medical service and nursing.METHODS The aseptic technique of the medical staff and regular monitoring to nosocomial infection were performed,the management and organization of hospital infection was perfected and the knowledge about nosocomial infection was studied.RESULTS It found that strengthening the management of PACU room was a main promise to improve medical security and prevent the hospital infection.CONCLUSION Implementation of the scientific management is the main method to control the hospital infection.
