摘要
随着1999年国家出台高校扩招政策以来,全国高校连续扩招,大学毕业生人数剧增,大学生就业问题日趋严峻,而作为体育教育这样的特殊师范专业就业难度更是大,文章以宁波大学体育学院为调研参考对象,立足体育教育专业学生就业现状,采用文献资料、调查问卷、访谈等方法对宁波大学体育教育专业学生就业的现状与发展趋势做深入分析,探索新形势下有效地推进体育教育专业学生就业工作的长效机制。
Along with Chinese national policy of enrollment expansion of colleges from 1999,the number of college graduates increase sharply because of countrywide colleges carrying out the policy continuously,the graduates＇ employment problem is gradually striking,especially the employment problem of graduates from the major of PE education is more severe.This paper takes physical education of Ningbo university as the research object,based on the employment of students majored in PE technical course in the society,analyzes the present state and future trend of employment on graduates from the major of PE education by taking measures of referring to documentation,questionnaire,interviewing and so on.Explore the long-term mechanism of forwarding employment work of students majored in PE technical course in the new situation.
