摘要
以两种不同方法制备 V P O 催化剂,分别采用超临界流体干燥法( S C F D)、常规干燥法干燥.使用 B E T、 X R D 等测试手段,考察了催化剂在 400℃下焙烧后的粒子比表面积的大小和晶相组成.实验结果表明:采用超临界流体干燥法比采用常规干燥法所制得催化剂的比表面积大得多。
VPO catalysts are prepared by two methods and different drying condition. BET and XRD techniques are used to investigate the surface area and phase composition of VPO catalysts after 400℃ calcination. The results show that preparation method not alike,the surface area and phase composition of VPO catalysts could be gotten with supercritical fluid drying (SCFD). Using NH 4OCl as reductive agent, the better phase composition of VPO catalyst can be gotten with supercritical fluid drying.
