摘要
在三维CAD软件中对空间几何元素建立模型是解决工程领域空间问题的基础,本文对各种空间几何元素提供了多种建立模型的方法.每种三维CAD软件对于建立空间平面、空间直线、空间曲线的模型都提供了简单方便的方法,但是建立空间曲面的模型则要比建立其它空间几何元素的模型更加复杂和困难.CAXA实体设计是国产的三维CAD软件,在该软件中一般有3种方法可以建立空间曲面的模型:一是将软件所提供的现有几何实体的表面转换为曲面,二是使用软件提供的造型方法直接构建曲面,三是综合使用软件提供的实体、造型方法、曲面功能,结合曲面本身的特点,间接地构造出复杂的曲面.掌握本文提供的几何造型技术,有助于工程设计人员用一种直接和直观的方法解决空间中的几何问题.
Building space geometrical element models in a 3D CAD software is essential to solve the space problems in engineering filed.This paper offers a variety of methods to model each kind of space geometrical element.Each 3D-CAD software can provide some simple and easy methods for modeling of a space surface,a space line or a space curve.But building a space curved surface model is more complex and more difficult.CAXA is a native 3D CAD software.There are three common methods to build a space curved surface model in this software: transferring the surface of the geometric solid to a space curved surface;using the modeling methods to build a space curved surface model directly;using solid surfaces,modeling methods & curved surface functions,and combining the features of this curved surface to build a complex curved surface model indirectly.The techniques in this paper can help the engineering designers solve the space geometrical problems in an immediate and straightforward way
