摘要
采用自编免费师范生职业价值观量表对1 282名免费师范生进行调查研究,结果表明:①自编量表具有良好的信效度;②免费师范生最看重的是职业的自我发展维度,其次是人际关系和贡献维度,最不看重的是环境福利和轻松稳定维度;③随着年级的升高,学生对贡献和自我发展维度的重视逐渐下降,文科类的免费师范生比理工科类的免费师范生更重视职业的环境福利与轻松稳定取向,女生比男生更重视职业的环境福利、成就感、轻松稳定和家族维度;④居住地越好、母亲受教育程度越高的免费师范生越重视职业的环境和福利待遇,反之亦然.
We have compiled a tuition-free normal college student＇ occupational values scale,by which 1 282 tuition-free normal college students are investigated.The main results of this study are as follows.① The self-made scale has high reliability and validity.② What the tuition-free normal college students value most is self-development dimension of occupation,followed by interpersonal relationship and the dimension of contribution.They little emphasize the dimensions of environment and welfare or light burden and stability of their jobs.③ When they enter higher grades,students gradually reduce their emphasis on the dimensions of contribution and self-development.Tuition-free normal college students of arts majors value environment and welfare dimension,and light burden and stability of the jobs more than the students of science majors.Girl students value environment and welfare dimension,the sense of achievement dimension,and light burden and stability of the job and their family more than boy students.④ Tuition-free normal college students,who live in a better place and whose mothers have received more education,value environment and welfare dimension of occupation more,and vice versa.
