Progress on pharmacology of insulin detemir

摘要 糖尿病是以胰岛β细胞功能衰减为基本病理生理机制，高血糖为主要代谢紊乱，心脑肾及血管并发症为主要的临床特征的内分泌疾病。患病率高，致残率高，死亡率高，已成为我国重要的公共健康问题。
