通过实 测板坯 表面温度 和凝固坯 壳厚度 ,得出了 各冷却 区的 平均 换热 系数 和综 合凝 固系数。结合 各种影响 因素,评 价了现 有铸 机 的二 冷技 术 现状 ,为 二冷 制度 的 优化 和铸 机 的高 效 化生产提供 了重要 依据。
