摘要
为了更好地解决混合动力汽车整车控制系统中各电子控制单元之间的通信问题,设计了基于CANopen协议的混合动力汽车分布式车载网络。在串联混合动力汽车拓扑结构模型的基础上,建立了整车CANopen控制网络,设计了基于CANopen协议的混合动力汽车车载网络平台,解决了应用层实现,并对网络主从节点设备分别进行网络化设计。针对所建立的CAN-open车载网络,通过设计算法测试,验证了网络的一致性和实时性,保证了整车设备间进行可靠的通信。
In order to solve the communication problems between components of the electronic control units in hybrid electric vehicle control system better, the distributed vehicle network was designed based on CANopen protocol. The network of CANopen was established based on the series hybrid electric vehicle topology model. To address the application layer, the hybrid electric vehicle network was designed based on hybrid electric vehicle network platform, respectively, from the master node device to the slave. Algorithm was designed in the test of the established CANopen network to verify consistency and real-time of the network, and to ensure reliable inter-vehicle communication equipments.
