大豆膨化浸出工艺的研究 被引量:4

摘要 用普通谷物膨化机进行大豆挤压膨化处理的最佳工艺条件是:原料水分为12.8%;原料粒度为8目筛上物;螺杆转速为384r/min.在此条件下所获膨化料浸出后粕中残油率低于0.5%,膨化料在浸出速率、溶剂渗滤速度、湿粕含溶量诸方面均明显优于轧制胚. The best process conditions for the soybean extrusion in a commongrain extruder are: The water content of raw materials is 12.8%, the grai-niness of raw materials is oversize on 8 holes/inch seive and the rotative velocity of extruder is 384r/min.The residual oil rate of dry meal which is stemmed from extracted extrudant under the previous conditions is less than 0.5%. The extrudant has an obvious advantage over flakes in the ways of extraction rate,solvents permeating rate and solvent content of wet meat,etc.
