黄连木果实生长动态及内含物含量变化规律研究 被引量:12

摘要 为明确黄连木果实生长动态及内含物积累规律,以便制定合理栽培措施,提高黄连木种子产量和质量,以黄连木(Pistacia chinesis Bunge)果实为试验材料,研究了黄连木果实在整个发育过程中的生长动态及可溶性糖、淀粉、总蛋白质、可溶性蛋白质、脂肪等内含物质含量的变化。结果表明:黄连木果实发育过程中千粒重呈"双S"型生长曲线;纵、横、侧径均呈"S"型生长曲线,且盛花后30 d果实基本定型,三径分别为成熟果实的93.06%、78.00%、71.06%。果实发育过程中,含水量于盛花后9~26 d迅速升高,27~167 d逐渐降低;可溶性糖含量于盛花后9~94 d大幅度降低,95~130 d缓慢升高,131~161 d变化较为平稳,含量总体上较低,成熟前5天迅速下降,成熟期为19.88 mg/g;淀粉含量在盛花后9~130 d与可溶性糖含量变化规律基本一致,131~161 d快速升高,162 d达到67.76 mg/g,成熟前5天迅速下降,成熟期为32.72 mg/g;果实发育初期脂肪、可溶性蛋白质含量增长缓慢,随着种仁的充实,二者迅速增加,果实成熟时脂肪含量达到41.96%,可溶性蛋白质含量达到9.04 mg/g;总蛋白质含量在盛花后9~74 d的果实发育前期迅速降低,75 d以后,总蛋白质含量逐渐升高;135 d至果实成熟总蛋白质含量波动性升高。表明在果实发育初期,光合产物以可溶性糖和淀粉的形式积累,至中后期则大多转化为脂肪和蛋白质。 To confirm the fruit growth dynamics and substances in fruit of Pistacia chinesis Bunge so as to lay down reasonable cultivation method to enhance yield and quality,the fruit growth dynamics,the contents of soluble sugar,starch,total protein,soluble protein and fat were studied in Pistacia chinesis Bunge.The results showed that: thousand seed weight exhibited double "S"-shape curve,the vertical diameter,transverse diameter and side diameter of fruit exhibited "S"-shape curve during fruit development,and the three diameters changed a little after 30 days of flowering stage.They were up to 93.06%,78.00%,71.06% compared to the mature fruits.The water content in fruit increased after 9-26 days of flowering stage and then decreased slowly after 27-167 days of flowering stage;the soluble sugar content was decreased quickly after 9-94 days of flowering stage and then increased slowly after 95-130 days of flowering stage,and then changed a little after 131-161 days of flowering stage,and that was decreased quickly before 5 days of mature period,reached up to 19.88 mg/g;the changing rule of starch was similar to the soluble sugar content in 9-130 days of flowering stage,and then increased rapidly after 131-161 days of flowering stage,it reached to 67.76 mg/g in 162 days,and then decreased quickly before 5 days of mature period,and reached to 32.72 mg/g;the contents of fat and soluble protein in fruit increased slowly at prophase,and then increased rapidly with the enriching of kernels,the fat content reached to 41.96% in mature fruits,and the soluble protein content reached to 9.04 mg/g in mature fruits;the content of total protein decreased quickly after 9-74 days of flowering stage and then increased slowly after75 days,and increased corrugated from 135 days to mature period.The results indicated that the photosynthetic products in fruit accumulated by the type of soluble sugar and starch at prophase and then translated into fat and protein at the mid-and late stage.
