铝母线焊缝质量情况分析与对策 被引量:8

摘要 铝母线是升压站、换流站中的重要设备,其焊缝质量影响升压站、换流站的安全稳定运行。本文对2005年以来新建220 kV及以上升压站送样铝母线焊接接头质量情况进行统计分析,结果表明:铝母线焊缝射线探伤合格率为67.69%,其中焊缝缺陷主要以气孔为主,出现比率达60.63%;其次为夹渣、未熔合及未焊透;影响焊缝不合格的主要缺陷为气孔,其次为未熔合、未焊透。抗拉强度绝大部分分布在原材料标准下限值的60%~70%之间。根据讨论结果,提出了预防及焊接措施,对铝母线焊接及检验有很大借鉴意义。 Aluminium bus is important in substation or converter station,and aluminium bus weld quality affects safe and stable operation of power grid.In this paper,statistic analysis was studied on aluminium bus weld seam quality,which came from 22 new constructing 220 kV or above substation in generation station since 2005.The results showed that rate up to standard of radiographic testing classification of measuring results of aluminium bus weld seam quality was 67.69%.All of welding defects found in aluminium bus welding mainly were pore,slag,lack of fusion and lack of penetration.Welding defects affected the welding unqualified in aluminium bus are mainly pore,lack of fusion and lack of penetration.Tensile strength of aluminium bus welding mainly distributed in 60%~70% of the base metals standard values.According to the results of discussion,suggestions of prevention and weld were presented,which were significance to weld,operation and maintenance of aluminium bus in substation and converter station.
