摘要
目的评价带锁髓内钉辅助侧方钢板治疗股骨干骨折带锁髓内钉固定术后骨不连。方法对9例股骨干骨折带锁髓内钉固定术后不愈合的患者,采用切开复位保留原有带锁髓内钉基础上辅助侧方钢板内定加植骨治疗。结果 9例随访10～22个月,所有患者均骨性愈合。结论采用带锁髓内钉辅助侧方钢板加植骨,具有固定稳定可靠,手术时间短,创伤小出血少,利于膝关节早期功能锻炼,有利于骨折愈合。
Objective To discuss the clinic effect in treatment of postoperation nonunion of femoral fracture internal fixation with interlocked intramedullary nail assisted by side plate and autologous bone graft.Methods All the cases were treated with interlocked intramedullary nail assisted by side plate and autologous bone graft.Results All cases were followed up for 10~22 months and obtained clinical healing.Conclusion The method for side plate and autologous bone graft has advantage of stable fixation short time of operating less trauma a less bleeding early exercise of knee joint and easy healing of fracture.
