Technology and application of condensing oil vapor recovery

摘要 油品在储运和销售过程中部分轻烃组分挥发进入大气,造成资源浪费和环境危害。油气回收既可实现油气污染治理又能产生可观的经济效益。结合中国油气储运和销售环节的现状以及相关技术的发展,对几种油气回收的方法进行了对比分析,认为采用多元工质复叠(或自复叠)制冷技术的冷凝法具有较好的经济性和可靠性。介绍了自主研发的冷凝式油气回收设备的关键技术。工程应用结果表明,不仅达到油气污染治理目标,而且经济效益显著。 Light hydrocarbon components of petroleum products evaporate into atmosphere in the process of stockpiling and transportation and distribution, which cause energy consumption and environment pollution. Oil vapor recovery can solve pollution problem and also can bring economic benefits. Combined with the developments of the current status of the process of stockpiling and transportation andcompared with other methods for oil vapor recovery, the low temperature condensation method for oil vapor recovery, which utilizes multi - components cascade ( or auto - cascade) cycle technique, was thought more economic and relia- ble. The key techniques of the condensation unit for oil vapor recovery developed independently were introduced. The result of the engineering application shows that it can not only reach the goal of environment - protection but also bring significant economic benefits.
