摘要
目的:通过重庆市三甲医院院长现状调查,为进一步研究院长职业化做准备。方法:采用文献分析、专家访谈等方法对17所三甲医院分类,重点分析12所地方三甲医院77位院长的基本信息。结果:男性57人;年龄在45～55之间68人;中共党员62人;本科以上学历49人;学士以上学位61人;具有副主任医师及以上职称者59人;临床医学出身50人;从事管理工作5年以上68人;任院长前从事临床48人;重庆医科大学毕业34人;社会兼职41人;仍承担临床任务37人。结论:院长基本现状与全国无明显差异,但在重庆三甲一条街激励竞争的医疗环境下,能够生存发展和壮大,说明院长们已具备较高的管理和领导才能,为进一步研究重庆市三甲医院院长职业化做了充分的准备。
Objective To study the status of deans of grade three and first-class hospitals in Chongqing,and provide reference for further studying on dean professionalism.Methods 17 cases of grade three and first-class hospitals were grouped by literature review and expert interview.Basic information of 77 deans in 12 hospitals was analyzed.Results 57 of these deans are male.68 cases of them are from 45 to 55 years old.62 cases are members of Communist Party of China.49 people have education background of undergraduate or above,and 61 people have bachelor degree or above.59 of them have the professional title of associate chief physician or above.50 of them are professionals in clinical medicine.68 of them have engaged in management of 5 years or above.Before being appointed as dean,48 people engaged in clinical practice.Conclusion There has no significant difference of the deans＇ status between Chongqing and others places in China.They have extensive abilities in management and leadership,which would be helpful to implement professionalism for deans of grade three and first-class hospitals in Chongqing.
