摘要
在草鱼幼鱼的基础饲料中分别添加不同剂量的大蒜素(0、0.4%、0.8%)、枸杞多糖(0、0.066%、0.132%),未添加组为对照组,探讨大蒜素、枸杞多糖对草鱼幼鱼血清溶菌酶(LSZ)、血清碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、补体C3含量和白细胞吞噬率的的影响。试验结果表明,在第28 d,饲料中添加0.4%、0.8%大蒜素组和0.132%枸杞多糖组草鱼幼鱼溶菌酶(LSZ)活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),并达最大值。第35 d,添加0.4%大蒜素组的草鱼血清碱性磷酸酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),并达到最大值;第28 d,添加0.8%大蒜素组的草鱼血清碱性磷酸酶活性高于对照组,但不显著(P>0.05),并达到最大值。第35 d,0.066%、0.132%枸杞多糖组的草鱼血清碱性磷酸酶活性高于对照组,但不显著(P>0.05),并达到最大值。在第28 d,饲料中添加0.4%、0.8%大蒜素组的草鱼血清超氧化物岐化酶活性高于对照组,但不显著(P>0.05),并达到最大值。第35 d,0.066%、0.132%枸杞多糖组的草鱼血清超氧化物岐化酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),并达到最大值。在第28 d,饲料中添加0.4%、0.8%大蒜素组的草鱼血清丙二醛含量低于对照组,但不显著(P>0.05),并达到最小值。第35 d,0.066%、0.132%枸杞多糖组的草鱼血清丙二醛含量低于对照组,但不显著(P<0.05),并达到最小值。第35 d,0.4%、0.8%大蒜素组和0.066%、0.132%枸杞多糖组的草鱼血清补体C3活性均高于对照组,并达到最大值;其中,0.4%大蒜素组和0.132%枸杞多糖组草鱼血清补体C3活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。第35 d,0.4%、0.8%大蒜素组和0.066%、0.132%枸杞多糖组的草鱼血液白细胞吞噬活性均高于对照组,其中,0.4%大蒜素组草鱼血清白细胞吞噬活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),其吞噬活性最高。
Ctenopharyngodon idellus juvenile were fed on basal diets supplemented with different levels Allicin(0、0.4%、0.8%)and lycium barbarum po1ysaccharides(0、0.066%、0.132%) for 42 days respectively.Fishes fed on basal diet were regarded as control.Lysozyme activity, alkaline phosphatase activity,superoxide dismutase activity,malondialdehyde concentration,complement C3 concentration and phagocytic rate were measured.The results that in the first 28 d,grass carp juvenile fish were feed on 0.4%,0.8% allicin and 0.132% LBP that enzyme lysozyme activity,was significantly higher than that control(P0.05),and reach maximum.In the first 35 d,0.4% allicin of grass carp serum alkaline phosphatase activity was significantly higher than control,and achieve the maximum.In the first 28d,0.8% allicin of grass carp serum alkaline phosphatase activity was higher than control,but not significant(P0.05),In the first 35d,0.066%,0.132% LBP of grass carp serum alkaline phosphatase activity was higher than control,but not significant(P0.05),and achieve the maximum.In the first 28 d,0.4%,0.8% allicin of grass carp serum super oxide guhya activity was higher than control,but not significant(P0.05),and achieve the maximum.In the first 35 d,0.066%,0.132% LBP of grass carp serum super oxide guhya activity of enzyme was significantly higher than control(P0.05),and achieve the maximum.In the first 28 d,0.4 %,0.8% allicin of grass carp serum malondialdehyde concentration was lower than control,but not significant(P0.05),and achieve the minimum.In the first 35 d,0.066%,0.132% LBP of grass carp serum malondialdehyde concentration was lower than control,but not significant(P0.05),and achieve the minimum.In the first 35 d,0.4%,0.8% allicin and 0.066%,0.132% LBP of grass carp serum complement C3 activities were higher than control,and reach a maximum.Among them,0.4% allicin and 0.132% LBP grass carp serum complement C3 activity was significantly higher than control(P0.05).In the first 35 d,0.4%,0.8% allicin and 0.066%,0.132% LBP of grass carp blood leukocytes engulf activities were higher than control.Among them,0.4% allicin of grass carp blood leukocytes engulf activitiy was significantly higher than control(P0.05),its highest engulfed activity.
