摘要
本文从定义高校科研管理队伍专业化出发,根据现代科技发展特点、管理模式的改进以及高新技术产业化的要求,阐明高校科研管理队伍进行专业化建设的必要性。由于现阶段高校科研管理专业化存在人员选择片面化,专业化建设尚在起步阶段,管理人员对管理和服务理解不清晰等问题,因此推进高校科研管理队伍专业化进程需通过采取继续教育模式,贯彻终身教育理念,借用专业资格认证制度,同时建立法律保障体系等措施来实现。
The article gives the definition of the university research management team professionalization. According to the requirement of the development characteristics of modern technology, improvement of management and high-tech industrial development, the author illustrates the necessity of the university research management team professionalization. There are many problems of the university research management team professionalization, such as personnel selection lopsided, pro- fessionalization just starting, and the managers confusing management and service. So we need to use measures, such as adopting the continuing learning model, carrying out life long education idea, drawing on the experience of the professional qualifications system, and building the legal system for protection, to realize the university research management team professionalization.
