哈佛商学院图书馆在作好传统图书馆信息服务的同时,为了更好地服务于商学院师生的学习、教学和科研活动,开展了深层次的专业化、增值化、个性化和多样化的知识服务,如课程服务项目和研究服务项目,其先进的服务理念、服务模式值得借鉴。
While doing the traditional library information services, in order to serve patrons better, Harvard Business School Library has developed professional, value - added, personalized and di- verse deep-level knowledge services, such as curriculum service and research service. Its ad- vanced service concept and service mode deserve to be learned.
