乌鲁木齐市护理人员职业紧张现状及影响因素研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究乌鲁木齐市护理人员职业紧张现状及其影响因素。方法对新疆乌鲁木齐市1所三级甲等专科医院(肿瘤专科)和1所综合医院的500名在职护理人员进行一般情况及职业紧张量表的调查。结果护理人员职业任务总分(182.56±19.72)及个体紧张反应总分(110.47±15.01),均高于国内常模(P<0.01),个体应对资源总分(119.86±18.81)低于国内常模,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,职业任务的主要影响因素有民族、年龄和职务,个体紧张反应的主要影响因素有婚姻状况、子女情况、职务和医院类型,个体应对资源的主要影响因素有婚姻状况、职务和学历。结论护理管理者应重视护理人员职业紧张情况,加强对护理人员职业紧张影响因素的干预,对减少护理人员职业紧张的发生有重要意义。 Objective To explore the status and influential factors of occupational stress among nurses in Urumqi. Methods Occupational Stress Inventory Revised Edition and a self - designed questionnaire about general information were used to investigate 500 nurses from a 3A - Revel cancer hospital and a general hospital in Urnmqi. Results The scores of occupational tasks ( 182.56 ± 19.72) and individual stress responses ( 110.47± 15.01 ) of nurses were significantly higher than the internal norm( P 〈 0.01 ). The score of coping resources ( 119.86 ± 18.81 ) of nurses was statistically lower than the internal norm (P 〈0.01 ). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the main factors affecting occupational tasks were nationality,age and position ,and the main influential factors of individual stress responses were marital status, children, position and types of hospital, the main influential factors of personal resources were marital status, position and education level. Conclusion Nursing managers should pay attention to occupational stress of nurses in Urumqi, and take targeted measures according to the above influential faetors so as to reduce the level of occupational stress in nurses.
