摘要
蚕蛹蛋白是一种优质纯天然全价蛋白质,气味颜色特殊,在食品、医药、化工、生物防治领域具有广泛的应用前景。首先从脱脂、脱色和除臭3个方面概述了蚕蛹蛋白的提取工艺;并综述了蚕蛹蛋白在各个领域的综合利用;最后总结出了当前蚕蛹蛋白综合利用所存在的问题及未来的开发前景。对蚕蛹蛋白的提取工艺优化以及综合利用,具有一定的指导意义。
Protein from silkworm chrysalis is a kind of high quality full-price natural protein of special odor and color.It has a extensive application prospect in some regions,i.e.food,drug,chemistry industry and biology prevention etc.This paper firstly summarize extraction technology of silkworm pupa protein from de-fat,decolorization and deodorization aspects.Whereafter,the comprehensive utilization of this protein in a variety of regions was reviewed.Finally,the exploitation future and the existent difficulty of comprehensive utilization were provided.The paper aids the extraction optimization and the comprehensive utilization to some extent.
