摘要
公共图书馆信息化建设指标体系不仅是对当前信息化建设水平的检验,而且是对今后信息化建设发展的指导。对不同的图书馆信息化测度指标及方法进行比较和分析,结合各指标体系的不同侧重点,给出适应于全面测评公共图书馆信息化建设的指标体系,因此,完整的公共图书馆信息化建设测度应从信息化建设主体,信息化建设内容,信息化建设手段和信息化建设效果四个方面进行考量。
Index of informationization construction is not only for testing the current work but also for guiding the future work.This paper compared and analyzed different indicators and measurement methods and proposed a new index system which should be used to evaluate the informationization construction of library comprehensively.This paper argued that there are four aspects such as the subject,content,methods and effects of informationization construction need be concerned in the system of index.
