摘要
采取比较研究的方法,选取长期护理保险制度较为完善的美国和日本,对两国长期护理保险制度建立的背景和中国的国情进行了深入的比较分析,同时对两国的长期护理保险制度进行了深入的对比分析。在此基础上,提出了在中国建立长期护理保险制度的政策建议。
We studied the long-term nursing health insurance systems in USA and Japan,and compared their background when building insurance systems with China,then proposed policy suggestions to build long-term nursing health insurance system in China.
