摘要
目的总结腹腔镜胆囊部分切除术治疗急性坏疽性胆囊炎的疗效及手术经验。方法回顾分析我院2009年2月~2011年2月腹腔镜胆囊部分切除术中应用明胶海绵和纤维蛋白封闭剂处理胆囊管治疗急性坏疽性胆囊炎27例的临床资料。结果全组病例手术均获成功,随访2~20个月,除1例术后发生迷走胆管漏外,均无远期并发症发生,术后恢复好。结论腹腔镜胆囊部分切除治疗急性坏疽性胆囊炎具有安全、简便、易行、有效等特点,值得临床进一步实践应用。
Objective To summarize the surgical experience and therapeutic effects of laparoscopic partial cholecystectomy on acute gangrenous cholecystitis（AGC）.Methods The clinical data of 27 cases of AGC receiving laparoscopic partial cholecystectomy from February 2009 to February 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.Their ducts of gallbladder were obstructed with gelatin sponge and sprayed with fibrin sealant during the operation.Results The surgical operations were performed successfully in all patients.Except one case of postoperative aberrant bile-duct leakage,no long-term complications were found during 2-20 months follow-up.Good postoperative recovery was achieved in general.Conclusion Laparoscopic partial cholecystectomy for the treatment of AGC is safe,simple,easy and effective.Therefore,it is worthy of further clinical application.
