摘要
运用现代数值模拟仿真方法,建立了某柴油机的整机计算模型,在对其性能进行综合计算分析的基础上,得出了气门重叠角的变化对柴油机内部热EGR率和NOX、碳烟主要排放物的影响规律.整机试验结果表明,应用内部热EGR技术,可实现在保证原机动力性和经济性能的同时,有效改善柴油机排放性能的目标.
A model for a diesel engine was established with modern simulation method. Based on the calculation and analysis of engine performance, the effects of various valve overlap angles on both the internal hot EGR rate and the emissions of NOx as well as soot were found. The test results showed that the application of internal hot EGR could effectively improve emission of the diesel engine without reducing its performance on power and economy.
