X线与MRI对膝关节内侧副韧带损伤的表现分析 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨膝关节内侧副韧带(MCL)损伤的X线与MRI表现。资料与方法回顾性分析32例临床手术证实的膝关节内侧副韧带损伤患者的双膝关节应力位X线片及MRI影像表现,总结其特征性,分析两者在诊断分级上的差异。结果 32例内侧副韧带损伤的患者中,X线诊断Ⅰ级损伤15例,Ⅱ级损伤8例,Ⅲ级损伤9例。MRI诊断Ⅰ级损伤11例,Ⅱ级损伤12例,Ⅲ级损伤9例。结论 MRI能够较清晰显示内侧副韧带的解剖学特点,膝关节内侧副韧带损伤的X线与MRI分级基本符合,可为临床诊断提供重要信息。 Purpose To investigate the X-ray and MRI manifestations of medial collateral ligament(MCL) injury of the knee. Materials and Methods The stress position X-ray and MRI of 32 patients with operationconfirmedMCL injuriesof the knee joint were retrospectively analyzed for imagingcharacteristics and gradingdiscrepancies between X-ray and MRI. Results X-raydiagnosed grade I injury in 15 patients, grade II injury in 8 patients,grade III injury in 9 patients while MRI showing llgrade I injuries,12 grade II injuries and 9 grade III injuries.Conclusion MR/can clearly depict the anatomical features of MCL. The X-ray and MRI grading of MCL injuries of the knee is consistent. Both imaging modalities provide important information for clinical diagnosis.
