摘要
文章回顾了国内外对良性阵发性位置性眩晕(BPPV)的研究历程,提出了三个重要的突破:对BPPV高发病率的充分认识;手法复位治疗取得了良好效果;BPPV诊断治疗设备的诞生。文章对BPPV的诊断与复位治疗的方法和进展进行讨论,介绍了BPPV诊疗系统的基本构成和功能,该系统进行全自动化的诱发试验和定位定量定速复位治疗的基本方法及其优势。介绍了后半规管和前半规管360°的合理化复位方法。提出了今后对BPPV研究的方向和任务。
This paper elucidated on the diagnosis and treatment of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo ( BP- PV) , and pointed out three major breakthroughs based on a review of BPPV research worldwide. These include a full awareness of high BPPV incidence, favorable efficacy achieved by maneuver reposition and invention of a novel device for BPPV diagnosis and treatment. In this paper, advances in the diagnosis and manipulative reduction of BPPV were addressed. Moreover, the basic components and functions of a system for BPPV diagnosis and treatment, as well as the instructions and advantages of the system in full-automatic provocation test and in positioned, quantitative reduction treatment were illustrated. In addition, the rational reduction methods of 360-degree posterior and anterior semicircular canals were introduced. This study also shed light on the direction and mission for future research on BPPV.
