摘要
目的分析阿德福韦酯联合甘草酸二铵治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法 68例慢性乙型肝炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组34例,治疗组给予阿德福韦酯联合甘草酸二铵治疗,对照组采用拉米夫定联合甘草酸二铵胶囊治疗,2组均以6个月为1疗程,每疗程结束作指标检测。结果治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为76.41%和79.41%,无显著性差异。结论阿德福韦酯联合甘草酸二铵治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效显著,且不良反应发生率和临床用药成本又低,特别适用于基层农村临床推广。
Objective To analyse the clinical curative effects of chronic hepatitis B patients treated with Adefovir Dipivoxil and Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate capsules.Methods Sixty-eight cases of chronic hepatits were randomly divided into 2 groups,treatment group and control group.Each group had 34 cases.The treatment group received Adefovir Dipivoxil combined Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate treatment,the control group Lamivudine combined with Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate therapy.One period of treatment lasts 6 months for both. Each one received a test at the end of treatment.Results The total efficiency rates of treatment and control group were 76.41% and 79.41% respectively（P0.05）.Conclusion It is effective to treat the chronic hepatitis B with Adefovir Dipivoxil with Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate capsules.Moreover,incidence of adverse reactions and cost in drug use are low,especially suitable for primary level country.
